The Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation, together with the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Hong Kong and Our Hong Kong Foundation, hosted a welcome dinner in honour of H.E. Mr Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, on 9 November 2025.
More than 40 distinguished guests, including Mr Chaturont Chaiyakam, Consul-General of Thailand; Ms Lim Kim Suan, Consul-General of Brunei Darussalam; Mr Muzambli Markam, Consul-General of Malaysia and Dean of the ASEAN Consular Corps; Mr Nicholas Ho, Commissioner for Belt and Road of the HKSAR; Ms Alpha Lau, Secretary-General of InvestHK; Ms Sophia Chong, Executive Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council; Mr Bernard Charnwut Chan, Chairman of the Hong Kong-Thailand Business Council; Dr Jane Lee, President of Our Hong Kong Foundation, and Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation Advisory Council members The Hon Mrs Regina Ip, Ms Judy Chen, Mrs Christine Ip and Mr Xiangwei Wang, highlighting the strong and growing ties between Hong Kong and the ASEAN.
