More than 400 participants from local chambers, education and youth groups enjoyed Dear You at special screenings organised by Hong Kong-ASEAN Foundation Limited at the sky, Olympian City on 16, 24 and 31 July 2026.

Tracing the stories of Chinese immigrants to Southeast Asia in the early 20th century, Dear You shines a spotlight on the enduring cultural ties that have connected China and the region for generations.  The acclaimed film is one of the highlights of the ASEAN Film Festival this year, and the special screenings sparked meaningful dialogues while fostering understanding among China and Southeast Asian communities.
